Our Mission:
Glorious Hands Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) Girls Mentoring Academy providing empowerment opportunities to Girls, throughout our community. We ensure that all girls have the required support and resources, to earn their High School Diploma and be prepared for college and/or career.

We are dedicated to empowering girls ages 10–19 during one of the most influential and transformative periods of their lives.
We believe every girl deserves the opportunity to discover her potential, develop her confidence, and have the support she needs to succeed. Through mentoring, academic enrichment, leadership development, life skills, healthy living, social-emotional awareness, and career exploration, we help our Jewels prepare for success in school, college, career, and life.
We Lead by Example
At Glorious Hands, we believe in leading by example. We place a strong emphasis on academic achievement, personal responsibility, leadership, and graduating from high school.
We understand that success is about more than good grades. Our girls need positive role models, consistent encouragement, meaningful relationships, and a safe environment where they can learn, grow, and become the best versions of themselves.

Cultivating Our Jewels
We proudly call the girls we serve our “Jewels” because we believe every jewel is valuable, unique, and full of brilliance.
Our goal is to cultivate each Jewel into an educated, confident, strong, healthy, sophisticated, and goal-oriented young woman who is prepared to make a positive impact in her family, community, and society.
Through intentional mentoring and hands-on experiences, we encourage our jewels to:
- Discover their gifts and purpose
- Build confidence and leadership skills
- Strengthen their academic success
- Develop essential life skills
- Make healthy and responsible choices
- Explore college and career opportunities
- Develop effective communication and public-speaking skills
- Set goals and create a plan for their future
- Serve and positively impact their communities

We recognize the powerful impact that consistent, positive mentors can have in a young girl's life. Our Academy creates a supportive environment where girls know they are seen, valued, encouraged, and challenged to reach their fullest potential.
We walk alongside our Jewels as they navigate adolescence, prepare for graduation, discover their passions, and pursue their dreams.

Our Story
In 2011, Kemedontae Brown received a "Knock" at her door! It was a young girl asking to be transported to an awards ceremony. From that moment, she knew there had to be many more girls needing support! Today, Glorious Hands Inc. answers every "Knock" by providing support to "At-Potential” girls in Central Florida.

2026-2027 Lynx Public Service Bus Winner!
We are honored to have been selected as a charity whose logo will be featured on the
2026–2027 LYNX Public Service Bus
for the next 12 months!
Our bus will travel regular routes throughout the LYNX system, providing valuable visibility across Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. This incredible opportunity will help expand awareness of our mission and increase our reach throughout Central Florida.
As our visibility grows, we are excited and expectant about the opportunity to serve even more jewels and families in our community.

Look at Roxie, our Future Attorney leading the Disney Dreamers Parade with Grammy Award-Winning Artist Kelly Rowland and Disney Dreamers Academy Executive Champion Tracey D. Powell!! Only 100 students from around the world were selected. This 4 day event fosters the dreams of students while being mentored by celebrities! Roxie will be graduating with her High School Diploma and an AA Degree from Valencia Community College! Gooo Roxie!

We had the honor of sharing our story -Shark Tank Style to 100 men! Three non profits presented, they voted and we were selected as the first place prize winner! The WG100 is comprised of 100 men, fueled by passion and commitment to be a force of good in their communities. For that, we thank you!
